CAR HIRE

Minimum car rental period is 3 days, all the cars are rented with unlimited mileage. Due to the insurance rules and regulations, our rental cars can only be driven in North Cyprus borders – the hired car cannot be taken to South Cyprus.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made in BP, Euro, USD, or TL (Turkish Lira) should be made at the time of deliver – you don’t have to pay until you collect your hire car. All the kinds of credit cards are accepted.

PETROL

Petrol is not refundable. We deliver car with quarter full of petrol and you should leave the tank as you find it.

INSURANCE

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

Our Damage Waiver Cover allows you to reduce your Insurance Excess in the event of damage to the vehicle. CDW is not valid if:

The renter found is the effect of alcohol,

The renter violates the speed limits,

The renter do not call police to keep an accident report, in the case of an accident. In this case Car Hire Company should be informed immediately.

The renter allows to other party to drive the hired car that his/her name is not written on the rental agreement.

The renter do not obey the traffic rules in general.

The lost or broken car keys.

The excess on the CDW is 480 GBP or 500 EUROS. The renter will be responsible to pay this amount only if they are the fault side for the damage or accident.

DRIVING AGE AND DRIVING LICENSE

Driver should be at least 25 years old. All national and international driving licenses are accepted as they are valid.

RIGHT HAND DRIVE (RHD)

Driving on Cyprus is on the left, all our cars are right hand drive.

TRAFFIC FINES

All traffic fines will be under the renters responsibility during the rental period.

EXTENSION OF RENTAL

If the renter wish to extend the days of rental days, The Car Hire Company should be informed at least 24hours before the ending the date, otherwise extension may not be acceptable.

However, there is no refund in case of returning car before the agreed date and time.
